Can I look at Samples before I purchase?
Yes. You are required to pay prior to dispatch but are able to return garments within 7 days for a full refund less freight if the garments are not suitable.
Do you have Reps on the road?
We do have reps on the road in Auckland and are happy to arrange visits to larger businesses by arrangement. We do have an "On Approval" service to anywhere in New Zealand which allows you to view garments prior to purchase.

Can I get garments Screen-Printed or Embroidered?
Yes, we provide a full service. Call our sales team on 02102651850 to discuss or send an email. There is limited information shown on our website. From our experience, it is a simpler process for the customer to talk through the options.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Orders over $100 are FREE. Orders less then $100 we charge $7.50 + GST, Rural addresses we charge $11.50 + GST

How Do I get a quote?
Email us with the quantity you are after for each item, if you have a logo send it also with an indication of placement and we will come back to you with a quote ASAP.
Can I return the garments if they are not the right size?
All garments can be returned within 7-days of receipt, unless the garments have been monogrammed or the garments have been sold on a no-return basis. (This would have been discussed at the time of purchase).
Can I get a Catalogue sent to me?
Call or Text us on 02102651850 to discuss your requirements and the most suitable catalogues will be sent.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders will arrive within 5 working days. Allow a further 2 days if you live in a rural area. If garments are being branded, allow approx 10 working days. If you have a deadline to meet, please let us know and we will do our best to meet it. If the garments you order are out of stock, we will contact you with a delivery date or offer a substitute style.
Artwork Quality - what is the best format to supply my logo in?
If your artwork is not up to print standard - we can usually recreate it depending on complexity, the cost will usually vary between $20 and $60+Gst. Essentially, there are two types of graphics Vector and Raster:- A Vector graphic is usually the preferred format, this is because vector is saved as mathematical equations and can be easily edited and resized without compromising on image quality. Typical Vector files include
AI - Adobe Illustrator
CDR - Corel Draw
EPS - Encapsulated postscript
PDF - Vector generated PDF
Alternatively, a Raster graphic can also be used. Raster are made up of grids of pixels (ie pictures) and can't be as easily edited or resized. It's best to supply it in high resolution especially if the print area is substantial as resizing it will make the result highly pixelated and indistinct. Typical Raster files include:
JPEG, BMP, GIF, Image on Word doc or Powerpoint.
If you don't have a logo - you can supply us a font type and we can quickly draft something up for you, however anything outside of an existing font would require the services of a professional graphic designer or from websites such as www.designcrowd.co.nz
I need help with Fitting.
You can view sizing dimensions of each product while shopping. All measurements provided are approximate and for reference only. The size conversion chart is a guide only, actual sizing may vary according to the style and fit of the garment.

Our Collection comes from suppliers like Biz Collection which is considered mainstream retail sizing with styles geared towards fitting multiple body shapes and age groups. A lot of work goes into developing our garments so they fit just right for the majority of people. Our stock service range has one of the most comprehensive size ranges available for men, women and children’s clothing in the industry. We strive to make the task of fitting groups of people a ‘non-issue’.

Yes! In fact this is one of our key strengths and we are renowned for our coordinated stock service range.
How can you assure the quality of your garments?
We go to great measures to ensure we deliver garments that will perform to your expectations. Our fully equipped in-house testing lab works around the clock to ensure our garments meet international standards for piling, colour fastness, durability, shrinkage, fade resistance, seam slippage, and all manner of general wear and tear. We use international, independant testing houses that conduct 3rd party factory inspections as well as additional or specialised fabric tests. We employ our own team of on the ground factory inspectors to ensure we can inspect different parts of the production process as much as possible. We have long term relationships with our manufacturing factories and work together to help improve their facilities and reach our quality expectations before, during and after manufacture.
